Biscotti salati alle olive nere.



225 gr farina
150 gr burro (o margarina)
80 g parmigiano grattugiato
60 gr olive neri snocciolate
80 gr di noci tritate
qb sale
1 uovo

Sciogliere il burro al bagnomaria.Le olive tritare.Mettete tutti gli ingredienti in una terrina e lavorateli insieme( mettere prima burro,l’uovo, poi il parmigiano, noci tritate, le olive sminuzzate e infine la farina).Formare una palla e farla riposare
in frigo per una mezz’ora, poi stendete la pasta alta circa 1/2 centimetro e ritagliate a piacere. Infornate a 180° per circa 10/15 minuti…

60 g black olives
1 egg
200 g butter


1. Grind nuts into powder.
2.Butter melt in water bath

THE TEASTE IS VERY VERY GOOD!.
BUT I WANT TO MAKE A QUESTION:
-THE DOUGHT DIDN'T STAY CRUNCH.
THE DOUGHT FILL LIKE THAT,LIKE A SOFT PASTE?
IT'S STAY LIKE THAT,IS THAT RIGHT?
